Terms and Conditions for Usage of Multi Visit Passes (Guest Passes)

  1. Valid for first time visitors aged 18 years and above only. Valid for local residents or expatriates residing in Singapore only. An appointment must be made in advance for the first visit which must be accompanied by a TRUE Group Consultant.
  2. Guest pass is for one-time use only and cannot be accumulated. Must be used within stipulated period. Not valid with any other offer. Other terms and conditions may apply.
  3. The use of the facilities at True Group involves risks of injury to you, whether you or another member or guest causes it. As such, you understand and voluntarily accept this risk and agree that True Group will not be held liable for any injury including without limitation, personal, bodily or mental injury, economic loss or any damage to you, your spouse, unborn child or relatives resulting from negligence or other area of True Group or anyone else using the facilities.
  4. If there is any claim by anyone based on any injury, loss or damage described here, which involves you, you agree to (1) defend True Group against such claim and pay True Group for all expenses relating to the claim and (2) indemnify True Group for any claim by you, your spouse, unborn child, relatives or anyone else resulting from such claims.
  5. Further you represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason, impairment or disability that might prevent you from using all True Group’s facilities. As such, you acknowledge that True Group did not give you medical advice before you joined and cannot give you after you join, related to your physical condition and disability to use the facilities. If you have any health and medical concerns now or after you join, discuss them with your doctor before using the facilities.

Privacy

  1. By filling up this form, you hereby grant to the True Group and its officers, employees and agents the right to collect your Personal Data and to make use of all of your Personal Data, which is held by the True Group or will be collected in the future, for the purposes of processing your visit pass application; to conduct market research and analysis; for direct marketing through voice calls; text messages; email; direct mail and facsimiles messages; for credit control purposes; to ascertain if you are eligible for discounts, privileges or benefits or other membership and marketing related purposes of the True Group and other third parties which the True Group is associated.   2. In addition, you also grant the True Group your consent, from time to time, to disclose some or all of your personal data held now or in future by the True Group to the True Group’s employees, related corporations, agents, independent contractors and other third parties that the True Group is associated with, but only in connection with the purposes mentioned in the paragraph above. We assure you that we are taking all measures necessary for the protection of your Personal Data.
  3. Contacting You
    To the extent that any of the communication means which you have provided us (which may include, your telephone number & fax number) is listed or will be listed on the Do Not Call Registry (“DNC”), you hereby grant the True Group and other third parties which it is associated with your clear and unambiguous consent to contact you using all of your communications means you have provided to the True Group including using voice calls, text messages, e-mail, direct mail, facsimile, WhatsApp and MMS messages for the above-mentioned purposes. This will ensure your continued enjoyment of our promotional rates and services.
  4. Withdrawal Of consent
